Personalized Coupon Book - Mothers Day Gift

As a Mothers Day gift, last Mother's Day my 11 year old daughter gave me a coupon book that she made herself. She did hers on the computer, but it could be hand made. She decorated it with cover and back pages, pretty font, borders and colorful butterfly and flower stickers. The coupons were good for a year and she initialed them as I redeemed them. I was even allowed to use the coupons again, but only after I used the entire book before I started over again.

Coupons included:
One walk together
One game together
One day off meal making
Clean the kitchen
Clean & straighten your bedroom
Clean your desk
One Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Bake a goody together
Day off washing dishes

Obviously these can be used for birthdays, Father's day, etc.
