A Mexican Gift Basket

I can find the ingredients for a Mexican gift basket at any larger grocery store, but my favorite place to fill a Mexican food gift basket is at Juanita's, the little Mexican grocery store in town.

A Fiesta! - Find an Indian style basket or use a tortilla warmer to hold everything. Start with a good bag of chips and a gourmet salsa. Add some dried or canned beans, queso fresco (Mexican crumbling cheese), dried or canned chiles, fresh limes, good corn tortillas (if you don't know a good corn tortilla when you see it, you definitely need to visit a Mexican grocer and have a talk) and a couple avocados. If you want, add a Mexican cookbook.
