Heart Shaped Pinata

I called around town and found a shop that sold heart shaped pinatas for my boyfriend. He had just been telling me about how much fun he had a family parties when he was a kid and how they always had a pinata so it gave me the idea.

The pinata was covered with red tissue paper and had some gold trim. I filled it with all his favorite candies and a gift certificate from me good for a night at the movies.

When I gave it to him, I thought he'd break it open, but he didn't want to mess it up! Finally we untaped the hole (which was not easy) and reached in and pulled all the stuff out!
